Please be advised that our office remains open, however, due to current circumstances we have had to make a few changes in order to protect our clients, our staff and their families.

In order to limit the number of people entering the office, all rent payments must now be made online or at any Commonwealth Bank. Please contact us for bank details if necessary. All repairs/maintenance requests from tenants must be submitted by email and all applications and supporting documents to be lodged online.

We understand that we cannot avoid all one on one contact with clients. In this case, we will take all necessary precautions such as ensuring you santise your hands when entering and maintaining the required distance between clients.

We ask that where possible, please phone us with your enquiries or if you require our assitance as opposed to coming in to the office.

We also ask that you please be responsible and ensure you do not attend the office if you have recently returned from overseas or have flu like symptoms. We will be able to assist you over the phone in this case.

While we must implement certain changes as a necessary precaution, please rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure we maintain the same level of service expected from us.
